Payements

A 50% deposit is required before services can be confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid upon service completion or as per the agreed terms.
Pricing is subject to change based on operational costs, fuel prices, and other factors.
Late payments may incur service disruptions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days and may be subject to administrative fees.
Empire Solutions Logistics reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Liability and Limitations

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe handling goods, Empire Solutions Logistics is not liable for damages caused by third parties, acts of nature, or other unforeseen incidents.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our workers are operating in a safe environment that complies with all relevant safety laws and regulations. We will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by unsafe working conditions.
We are also not responsible for any claims for lost or damaged goods by third parties.
